FAITHFUL FRIENDS traveled to
The Cove in Asheville, NC
March 8-9, 2026
The Faithful Friends group traveled to Asheville, NC to a David Phelps concert at The Cove! A beautiful meal followed by an inspiring concert filled with a variety of worship experiences most assuredly made everyone agree that we must return in the future. We even stopped for a great country breakfast on the way home. We hope you will join us in the future!

FAITHFUL FRIENDS visited the Winston Salem Rescue Mission

The Faithful Friends group traveled to the Winston Salem Rescue Mission on February 9 for an evening of hymns and testimony.
Don Howerton led the group in several hymns and Steve Woodall gave his testimony. Following the service, we served the men of the Mission with ice cream and desserts. About 17 of our group attended the event and we delivered much needed clothing, bedding, and toiletries requested by the Mission.
This was the largest donation to the Mission we have seen in recent years. We wish to thank the Sunday School classes and Triad Student Ministry for their assistance in these donations. |
