I was saved at the age of 15 at a revival meeting at Smith Grove Baptist Church in Colfax. I wasn’t sure if I died that very night if I would go to heaven or not, so I went forward and asked God to forgive me of my sins and accepted Jesus as my Savior. I have been married to the same wonderful man, Charles, for 34 years. We have three grown children, Carrie, Stephanie, and Matthew and one granddaughter, Xyla. We have been members at Triad for 26 years, and I started working in the church office 14 years ago. I have helped in VBS each year and serve in the infant nursery each Sunday.
