TRIAD BAPTIST CHURCH FACILITY/VEHICLE REQUESTS
Triad Baptist Church is grateful for the opportunity to steward the facilities and resources God has entrusted to us. Our campus exists first and foremost to support the mission and ministries of Triad Baptist Church, including worship services, discipleship ministries, outreach efforts, church-sponsored events, and the ministry of Triad Baptist Christian Academy and Preschool.

Please Note: To allow adequate time for scheduling and coordination, all requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. Once received, your request will be reviewed by the appropriate leadership team members to verify availability and ensure it aligns with ministry priorities. This review process typically takes 3–5 business days.

TBC FACILITY REQUESTS
Triad Baptist Church is pleased to make portions of our campus available for ministry events, meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation celebrations, and other approved gatherings. Because our facilities are primarily a ministry resource, priority is given to church ministries, Triad Baptist Christian Academy, and church members. Community requests may be considered based on availability and alignment with the mission and values of the church. Facility requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance and are subject to approval.
GATHERING ROOM GUIDELINES
The Gathering Room is a comfortable and inviting space designed for meetings, ministry events, baby and bridal showers, graduation celebrations, and other small gatherings. Featuring comfortable furnishings, a small PA system, and seating for up to 70 guests in matching chairs, the room provides a warm and flexible environment for fellowship, presentations, and special occasions. The Gathering Room is intended to be used "as is" and is available by reservation through the Facility Request Form, subject to availability and approval.
PAVILION USE GUIDELINES
The Pavilion is a comfortable outdoor gathering space located beside the church playground, making it ideal for picnics, family celebrations, ministry events, and fellowship gatherings. Featuring eight picnic tables, outdoor ceiling fans, and nearby parking, the Pavilion provides a relaxed setting for groups to enjoy time together. Reservations are required and subject to availability and approval.
PEAK KITCHEN GUIDELINES &
AVL REQUEST FORM
The Peak Kitchen is a convenient space for small-scale food preparation, baking, and warming pre-cooked or catered meals. Equipped with two stove/ovens, a large refrigerator, serving utensils, and a warming unit, it is ideal for ministry events, fellowship gatherings, and special occasions. The Peak Kitchen is available by reservation and is intended for home-style cooking rather than commercial food preparation.
TBC TRANSPORTATION
Triad Baptist Church maintains a fleet of vans and buses to support church-sponsored ministry activities, outreach events, retreats, mission trips, and academy programs. Transportation resources are available for approved ministry use only and must be reserved in advance, subject to vehicle availability and approved drivers. Our goal is to provide safe, reliable transportation that supports the ministries and mission of Triad Baptist Church.
WEDDINGS AT TBC
Triad Baptist Church is honored to host Christ-centered weddings for members of our church family. Our desire is to help couples begin their marriage with a strong spiritual foundation by providing a beautiful setting, biblical guidance, and thoughtful planning support for ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners held on our campus.
