We aim to inspire, inform, and invite participation by utilizing creative and strategic approaches across various platforms. Our goal is to reflect our commitment to Christ’s love and our dedication to serving others, while fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.
Guidelines for Requesting Marketing, Graphics, or Promotion:
1. Submit Requests Early
- To ensure timely delivery, please submit your request at least 4-6 weeks before your event or promotion deadline.
2. Provide Detailed Information
- Include key details such as the event date, time, location, target audience, and any specific messaging or themes you want to convey.
- Attach any logos, images, or existing materials that should be included.
3. Outline Your Objectives
- Clearly state your goals for the marketing or promotion (e.g., increase attendance, raise awareness, recruit volunteers).
4. Specify Format and Channels
- Indicate the type of materials needed (e.g., flyers, social media posts, banners) and preferred distribution channels (e.g., website, social media, print). 5. Email Your Request

Triad Baptist Church Film and Photography Policy:
At Triad Baptist Church, we are committed to respecting the privacy of our congregation while maintaining inclusivity in our social media and marketing efforts. To balance these priorities, we have established the following film and photography policy:
Respect for Privacy
- We strive to honor the privacy of individuals attending our services and events.
- Sensitive areas, such as counseling sessions, private prayer, and other private moments, will not be photographed or filmed without explicit consent.
Notification and Consent
- Signs are posted at the main entrance of events and services to inform attendees that photography and filming may occur.
- For close-up photos and videos, we will make every effort to obtain verbal consent from those involved. Written consent will be requested for images and videos used in promotional materials.
- We reserve the right to use images in areas where signs are posted without written consent.
Opt-Out Option
- We respect your privacy. If you or a family member’s likeness cannot be used, please contact the Creative Communications Director to ensure your request is honored.
