Our purpose at Triad Baptist Church is to connect people to Jesus, to other believers, and to service. There is a place for you to connect at Triad and we believe that the process starts in a small group setting. By spending time each week with a small group, you can build relationships with others, share life with them, and be encouraged to pursue Jesus Christ in all that you do.

Our goal is for every member of our church to be connected through a CIRCLE. Whether you join a Sunday morning, Sunday School–style group, a Weekday Bible study, or a creative hangout, there’s a place for you. Most groups follow sermon-based studies, while others focus on specific interests such as parenting, marriage recovery, or Christian basics for new believers.

We’re still in the restructuring stage, but here’s what to expect:

How Will This Work?

Our vision for the CIRCLES ministry will roll out in three phases:

Phase 1: Happening Now
We’re rebranding the ministry and consolidating former Sunday School classes and Connect Groups into CIRCLES. Our goal is to spark curiosity about this “new” ministry and highlight the strong fellowship communities already at TBC. This change simplifies how people find community—no more sifting through scattered information. Now, anyone can simply “Find Their Circle.”

Phase 2: Recruiting Leaders
Next, we’ll launch a church-wide challenge for more people to step up as CIRCLE leaders and hosts. To draw more attenders into discipleship relationships, we need willing disciplers. By the end of this phase, we hope to have several new groups—across life stages, interests, and schedules—ready to launch.

Phase 3: Launching New CIRCLES
Finally, in early 2026, these new CIRCLES will begin meeting. Our prayer is that the growing discipleship needs of our church will be met by faithful, godly leaders. Together with our existing groups, these new CIRCLES will form a unified, easy-to-navigate network of fellowship and discipleship opportunities for everyone at TBC.
