The Men of TBC have to have a place to gather, to connect, grow and serve. A place to replenish and awaken their God given potential. Men do this best when surrounded by other men who challenge them, love them, and feed their spiritual lives. The idea of the Men of Iron is to promote a gathering place for Men to find a safe place to talk about their struggles and triumphs, connecting Men with Men for Christ.

Proverbs 27:17 (Men challenging Men) “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Proverbs 1:8-9 (Men teaching their sons) “Hear, my son, your father's instruction, and forsake not your mother's teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.“ Our children desperately need us to instruct them in the ways of the Lord and in the practical skills necessary to live in this world.

Romans 12:1  (Living Sacrifice) “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.”

1 Thessalonians 5:23 (Sanctification) “May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
