It’s a battle sometimes to strive to be balanced and to take care of ourselves inside and out. It’s time to start feeling good!! Join us for an evening with a panel of experts and professionals speaking and answering your questions about the body, mind, soul and spirit. Cost is $5.00 per person. Dinner will be catered by Chef Michael. We are offering a free nursery for children birth through 10 yrs old. You can register on-line and pay at the door that night or stop by on September 6th and 13th at Kid’s Street Connector and Kid’s Café Connector.
