Jesus at the Center

Constant Contact Cmas at the Inn

We love Christmas time here at TBC and are incredibly excited about our upcoming production, Christmas at the Inn. This holiday musical features over 50 volunteers! From actors to set designers and sound technicians to make-up artists, this is truly an act of love and our gift to our church and community!

Many of our drama team members have worked together for over a decade on various productions and outreach projects. They have grown their gifts to shine the light of God's love and encourage people of all ages in and around the Triad.

Debbie Jackson has been in several of our productions; she said, "I love the fellowship and being part of a ministry that teaches people about Christ's love and sacrifice through storytelling. I also love getting to be a kid again!"

"For me, it is simple...working with the cast, making new friends, getting to be goofy, and serving God is what's it's all about," said Jason Bennet, who is in his second production at TBC.

With the hustle and bustle of this festive season, it's easy to get distracted and misplace our priorities. This year we invite you to join us at our very own "inn"! The Inn is managed by a trio of ladies who are attempting to produce a stage show about the birth of Christ; there's just one problem, no one can find the baby Jesus. A Christmas nativity scene must have all of the pieces to be complete. Without Jesus at the center, chaos is sure to take the spotlight.

Korri Caccia, who is playing the role of the "Inn Manager" in this year's play, put it like this, "The play is a special way to bring people together during these crazy times. I enjoy seeing people that otherwise I might not cross paths with." This year, her main objective is to find the baby Jesus and convince all of us to focus on Him!

Christmas at the Inn is a light-hearted musical drama inspired by a special message that Pastor Rob plans to deliver on Sunday morning, December 5. You will enjoy beautiful music, directed by Heather Still, and a fun story written by Jeremy Chandler. This show is the perfect fit for the whole family!
