I grew up on my family’s 110 acre farm in Belews Creek, NC. I made a profession of faith at the age of 6 years old while attending VBS at a small local church. But, when my parents separated, a few years later, I truly realized my need of a personal Savior. The Holy Spirit of God drew me to Himself, at the age of 12 years old, and He truly became my Father.
My favorite scripture passage is: “I love the Lord because He has heard my voice and my supplications.” (Psalm 116:1)
My husband, Darrell, and I have 3 children. We have been involved in ministry for over 15 year in the Piedmont/Triad area of North Carolina. Our family joined Triad Baptist Church in 2013. I am blessed to be a part of such a flourishing body of believers.
