TBC's 60 plus voice choir will lead this year's musical presentation with beautiful music honoring and celebrating the sacrifice God made when he sent Jesus, His only Son, to be our redemption--our Savior. The choir will be paired with an emotional drama created by TBC's own members (read more below, total production length aproximately 1 hour).
The cross, the very instrument of death, now becomes the symbol of life.
The crown, so magnificent, it now becomes the symbol of how far God is willing to go to redeem us. If there is no cross, there is no crown.
TBC's Script'd Drama and KNOWName Media Team are combining forces to film the drama portion of this year's presentation. Read more below.
“You must hear the story from those who loved him best.” So begins our journey with Peter the fisherman, Peter the rock, Peter the humbled. He will act as our guide. In four scenes, Peter leads us through moments from the last week of Jesus' life. There was the moment when Judas betrayed the Master; the moment when Jesus, the embodiment of true servanthood, knelt in front of each disciple at the last supper; the moment of Peter’s own humiliation as the cock crowed three times and he denied Jesus; and that final moment when Mary joyfully announced, “I have seen the Master.”
The intent of this production is to draw focus to the worship we feel as we experience Christ’s love.
We invite you to join us for this unique musical experience. Bring a friend!
