Radiate Student Ministry Golf Tournament: Benefiting Radiate Summer Mission Trip

What: Golf outing of friendly competition for a great cause!

When: Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 2:00 PM Shotgun Start (Lunch served at 1:00 PM)

Where: Meadowlands Golf Club, Winston-Salem, NC

Where the Money Goes: The tournament supports students who will be traveling to Nashville, TN in June to participate in M-Fuge 2016.

Event Description: Teams and individuals wishing to compete in the tournament register via invitational brochure or enclosed sponsorship form. Teams play 18 holes at the luxurious Meadowlands Golf Club and compete for prizes. Players enjoy lunch, beverages, an awards reception and the spirit of friendly competition in support of the students from Radiate Student Ministry and their mission trip.

Corporate Sponsorships are Available: Companies may choose to sponsor tees in the course, meals, contests, and more. Individual registration and non-sponsoring team registration is also available!

Tax Deductibility: Radiate Student Ministry is a part of Triad Baptist Church... All donations to Radiate Student Ministry are tax-deductible. Sponsors who choose to play a team in the tournament may not be able to deduct the full amount of their sponsorship.

Deadlines: The deadline for sponsorship is Monday, May 9, 2016. Individual and non-sponsorship team registrations are due Sunday, May 8, 2016.
